In June 2023, Unkara Fashion was recognized through its inclusion in the INSPIRO Young Entrepreneurs Network for Sustainable Development, an initiative launched by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

The network brings together emerging entrepreneurs from around the world who are advancing innovative solutions to sustainable development challenges. Unkara's inclusion reflects its commitment to addressing the environmental and social impacts of the global fashion industry through circular innovation and cross-cultural collaboration.

INSPIRO has connected more than 100 entrepreneurs across 20 countries, fostering international exchange and partnerships in areas including low-carbon technology, impact investing, education and women's economic empowerment.
