Enrollment & Payment Policy

A $500 nonrefundable deposit reserves your place in Unkara's Europe Immersive Education Program and is applied toward your total program fee.

For the March 2027 Europe Program, participants may pay in full or through the following installment schedule:

• Upon enrollment: $500 deposit

• December 15, 2026: $2,000 installment

• February 18, 2027: Remaining program balance

The program requires a minimum of 15 confirmed participants. If Unkara cancels the program because minimum enrollment is not reached, all payments made to Unkara, including deposits and installments, will be refunded in full.

Participant-initiated cancellations are subject to Unkara's published cancellation and refund terms.
